Shipping Policy
At Jar Bar Coffee we are truly committed to the process of getting the freshest cup of coffee to you from the very beginning until the end, when it gets to your door. Below, you can find our shipping rates for Domestic orders inside the United States.
- Free Shipping with orders over $65
- $3.75 Flat Rate fee for regular and subscription orders
Our aim is to provide fastest delivery and the most cost efficient shipping rates. The orders will be shipped either by USPS or UPS.
We do our best to deliver the freshest coffee to you, beans are always roasted on demand every day, meaning that we roast it as soon as we have your order processed. So you can always expect the freshest beans delivered to your door.
Due to the coffee’s natural process of degassing, as well as high demand we usually ship orders within 3-4 days after the order. The process takes time, but it is worth the wait!
If you need to change your order for any reason, please be sure to immediately send us an email at jarbarcoffee@gmail.com and we will make the changes for you. Please provide your Order Number and Full Name.

Return Policy
If you are not happy with your order, please talk to us and we will make it right for you. We always hope that you will love your Jar Bar coffee, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your selection we are here to help you. Please, send us an email at jarbarcoffee@gmail.com providing your Name, Order Number and your Comment, or simply fill out the this form with the details. The return will be done at no charge for you.
We would really appreciate an email from you with the details or questions before you issue the return, so we have a chance to make things right.
Products that are not eligible for exchange or return: grounded coffee, special customized orders.
