How often do you roast the coffee beans?

We always roast the beans on demand, meaning that we roast the beans as soon as we have your order processed. So you can always expect the freshest beans delivered to your location. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free with orders over $65 

For our regular and subscription orders we have a flat rate shipping fee of $3.75

How do I set up the subscriptions?

You can check out our Subscription page to set up your favorite coffee deliveries. 

  1. Pick your favorite coffee (If you are not sure which coffee you prefer, you can go through our Find My Flavor Quiz to find your favorite *)
  2. Pick the amount of coffee 
  3. Pick how often would you like your coffee delivered 

4.   Enjoy freshly roasted coffee delivered right to your door hassle free

Is there a minimum order for Subscription?

There is no minimum order for subscription. So you get to enjoy the fresh roasted coffee beans delivered to you of any amount! 

How can I change/cancel my Subscription?

If you are ready to try a new type of coffee or for any reason you would like to cancel your subscription you can fill out this Contact Form and we will make all the changes. You are completely in charge. 

What if I don’t know which coffee to choose and order?

We know, it is easy to be overwhelmed at first! This is why we have a great tool - Find My Flavor Quiz to help you out with your choice. 

Why has my order not been shipped yet?

Once we roast the coffee it has to go through the process of degassing before grinding and packaging it. A slight delay with your order can occur as it takes from at least one to two days for a whole bean coffee to degas before it can be grounded and packaged. We take care of this process so you can receive the best quality and flavor coffee beans at your door.
